Water Report J. Ley Mt23 Note#1
Yes, it is true, the water is down along the highway from Flesher pass just as Mr. Ley Indicates.
Why did Jonathan put a spring down in a culvert next to the highway instead of convieniently trailside? He works in mysterious ways man.
Anyhow the water is flowing clear at several liters per minute. It is much easier to access from the downhill side of the highway where it comes out of the drainage pipe. Besides getting it after it has travelled under the highway makes it: "Highway culvert, fresh from the galvanized drainage pipe, springwater".

Actually it is quite tasty.
Flesher pass is cool cause there are oversized CDT emblems marking the trail on either side.. And the culvert springwater from the highway.. HeHe!
MT24 Note #8 The seep is seeping exactly where indicated. This is pretty tasty springwater. Different minerals than elsewhere. Flow is about .5 liter per minute.
