[Cdt-l] 2010 CDT map updates

I haven't updated that in a couple years, and not sure when I'll get to 
it. It's on the list, but way down on the list... Just not enough hours 
in the day unfortunately. Anyway, it should still give a pretty good 
"sense" of where the CDT goes, and is right a good portion of the way.
