[Cdt-l] Snow near Zirkel

I just bailed to Steamboat to flip N to the Great Divide Basin.  There is 8 to 10 feet of snowpack from near Fishhook Lk N of Rabbit Ears Pass all the way to Buffalo Pass where I bailed.  The snowpack was deep all the way down to 9500'.  When I got to Steamboat, another hiker was in the room next to me having found similar snow pack heading S from Battle Pass.  He did report the road from Encampment to Battle Pass was open.
