[Cdt-l] Snow melt

The 10% water density that is used for the map  is the average 
density of freshly fallen snow in the Rockies. This time of year the 
water density of the snowpack usually ranges from 30% to 50%.  In 
Montana they were reporting 30% density the other day and the snotel 
site near Butte supports this - it lost about 1" SWE or 3" of snow 
depth in the last day.

Looks like some of the Colorado densities are around 50%. So 3" of 
melt equates to about 6" decrease of snowpack. Still significant melting.

Also looks like the Cumbres Trestle snotel melted out today.
