[Cdt-l] health ins. while hiking

I used a short term catastrophic health insurance plan.
Assurant insurance with a term of 6 months and a one time premium 
payment of $1200.
The deductable was $500 I believe, so this policy was mainly for major 
health issues or accident.
It is a lot of money for 6 months of insurance but the alternative is 
no coverage.
Ironically i am working now but un-sured..  go figure.
