[Cdt-l] Cost of hiking the entire CDT?

Hi my name is Mike and I'm in the very early stages of looking into hiking the entire CDT. I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on how much it might cost including food, permits, other supplies, etc. Also I was wondering if there were any good websites that might tell me what kind of preparation is needed to do something like this. Any help at all would be much appreciated. Thank you, Mike in Massachusetts.
