[Cdt-l] Fires south of Glacier

No fires really close to the CDT anywhere in the US at this time.  The
closest uncontrolled fire is the Little Sand near Pagosa Springs, CO.  It is
about 6 miles from the trail so it might be smoky.

All fires I am aware of are well east of the divide. Inciweb seems to be
slow today, but the page I got briefly confirmed this:
