Thanks for the help everyone.  Seems straight-forward.

 

I am not sure why every time someone asks a question someone else feels
compelled to

answer it with "Buy Yogi's book".  We are all aware of Yogi's books, thank
you. I own the 2010

version and US entry permits are not covered.  This forum is here for a
reason and

asking questions of those who are also planning to hike or have been there
before is one

of them. And I have to heartily disagree, everything you need to know is not
in there (not

that I would want it to be).
