I don't have time to answer everything...point-by-point.  Let me just
re-state the facts:  $160 cash paid to Sam H....roughly half in Deming and
the rest at the first water cache (~14 miles from Crazy Cook).

To end this topic, I expressed sticker shock because the price was much
greater than what we had discussed over the telephone.
