We also are wanting to start hiking on aug 14 and plan on doing the 1st 3 sections on  the cdt(wyoming border to rabbit ears).  Does anyone know of a shuttle service out of Steamboat that would get us to the trail head?  Also what is the water situation.   Thanks for your help.
