[Cdt-l] Fwd: docs to pietown

Just curious about the SPOT malfunction, I carried one on the Colorado
Trail. My family loved knowing that I was OK and where I was. As an
unexpected bonus, my daughter was waiting for me at the Creede trailhead in
Colorado when I came off the trail as she knew about when I would be there
by my SPOT updates. Never had any issues.
