[Cdt-l] Black Range Route - Water - 5/10/13 to 5/17/13

Hmm, need to correct the last line about 'Didn't hike segment 15', I did.
Meant to say I left the designated route at 14-153, and road walked west to
pick up the Ley route, resuming the coincident Ley/BC route at segment
15/FR3070.
