[Cdt-l] Gila river diversion.

What scale are we talking about?
I hope that river is never tamed but i would be a hypocrite to say i have
never benefitted from the practice. (My home state depends heavily, feeds
the world, with agriculture)
I need to educate myself on the issue and the particulars.
