[Cdt-l] Snowpack

Northbound or southbound? I can't speak for Montana, but I live in Gunnison, CO and I'll tell ya that this has been one of the driest winters we've had in a while. Couple that with the unseasonably warm temps we've had the last couple months, which has accelerated the run-off of existing snowpack, and you should have a relatively low snowpack facing you in the southern San Juans and beyond. I'm not hiking the trail this year but if I was I wouldn't be too worried about the snow.
