[Cdt-l] Ghost Ranch trail access

This is an update of our earlier e-mail regarding the flooding of Arroyo 
del Yeso just upstream from Ghost Ranch.

We have been advised that a new trail has now been constructed close to 
the old one, and that "with a little difficulty," CDT hikers can now go 
north and south to and from Ghost Ranch.

We hope to receive reports from southbounders as they pass through the area.
