[Cdt-l] Water on CDT west of YNP

The US Drought Map shows a minor drought (& below normal 1 Feb  snowpack on 
the snowpack maps) for the first 100 mi or so fm OFV  west.

I remember that stretch very well.
My last water was taken from  Summit lake as i was nobo and i was dry by 
noon.
Met the Noodle heads on  the forest road between Mack's inn the YNP 
boundary.
They were sobo.
We  both were out of water but we sat in the road together and had a 
palaver  anyways.
That was one dry  stretch.
