Not sure what 104 is, but here is how you can get to/from Rollins Pass:
>From downtown Boulder (which you can bus to from DIA), take the Nederland
bus up to Nederland HS.  This is about 3 miles from the Hessie TH.  If it
is the weekend there will be a free shuttle and if not it should be an easy
hitch.  From Hessie, hike up the King Lake trail about 7 miles to its
intersection with the CDT, a mile N of Rollins Pass.

Have fun, the wildflowers should be near their peak then (if the snow ever
melts)
