[Cdt-l] Planning CDT hike 2017

I agree with Sean, but also start walking a lot. Up and down trails; start with shorter hikes and build into longer hikes; don't have to carry much at the start, but add more gear using the pack you will carry on the CDT. You might want to hike in the heat also.
