If the waypoint data is field-worthy (and dense) enough to support a
GPX track format, then that'd be my vote. Otherwise, just the
waypoints. I would think a GPS route (connect the dots) would be mostly
academic without consistently good waypoint data?<br>

Just waypoints? Just routes? Number of waypoints per route, number of
routes, etc? What is the best trail direction, north to south?
