I also agree on small Canons. I first used an 700IS, then a 870IS - same batteries, carry 2 spares. Only problem is they are not good in low light. I've been looking at S95 and S100. Both are much better in low light. One concern I have about S100 is that it has gps function, and I suspect that increases battery drain.<br clear="all">
