[pct-l] Oregon PCT closures

As of 8-14 there are two closures of the PCT in Oregon.  One is in Crater Lake NP and the other is from McKenzie Pass to Santiam Pass.  There have been two closures in that area.  One was from the Black Crater fire  which is out and the current closure is from the "Lake George" fire which is currently burning actively.  The Lake George fire is burning on the east slope of Mt. Washington.
