I think she's confusing his comment about trail TOWNs being black holes with 
trail ANGELS.

it seems alot these "angels" can be pretty short tempered given the 
opportunity heh heh.  banning everyone because of a $6 unpaid bill ?  It 
only took a moment for the heat to wear off in that case - everyone can just 
hope Tahquiz Inn regains their sanity after the heat/hiker wave is over this 
year.
