[pct-l] Mouseproofing

My choice of food bag is an Ursack. The 2 that I have are older and 
un-approved in bear country, but they're absolutely rodent and marmot proof. 
These are just the bags without the metal insert. I've carried one the 
length of the trail, using 2 for the 9 day leg between Kennedy Meadows and 
VVR.
