[pct-l] KM 2 VVR

One small thing to consider is not stopping at VVR-- I did not stop at VVR this year, and several hikers mentioned they wish they would not have-- because they felt like it was too expensive. 
   
  Consider hiking from independence to Reds- or better yet Mammoth.
