[pct-l] Fires in CA Section C

There are now two fires between Whitewater and Big Bear. While neither is on
the PCT, they have the potential to close the PCT, and may already have. The
Fish Creek and Heart Bar area may have been evacuated (not confirmed).

The Sawtooth Fire is burning from Yucca Valley in the desert heading towards
Onyx Summit 5 miles away. 

The Millard Fire is southeast of San Gorgonio and is now in the Whitewater
drainage (but not in Whitewater Canyon apparently). 

It is likely the two fires will merge today or tomorrow and make a run
towards Big Bear. If the PCT is not already closed, this would burn right
over it.
