For those of you hikers who may not be familiar with the areas mentioned in
the news, you may remember seeing the tall Morango Casino as you came down
the switch backs on your long way to the Snow Creek water fountain. 

 

Todd from Cathedral City, who some of you may know, was afraid he'd lost his
cabin up Burn Cyn near Pioneer Town. He is now pretty sure he didn't. Todd
and I had gone hiking up Pipes Cyn near Pioneer Town 2 weeks ago. Photos of
Todd and beautiful Pipe Cyn are on the previous photo page my Daily Album
(the link above).
