[pct-l] warning about news site

The link worked find for me. I'm using Thunderbird and Firefox on a Mac 
(OSX 10.4.7). I clicked on the first part of the line, the portion 
within the quote marks.

Maybe this is just another case of computers  being weirder than we are 
smartg.
