Forwarding this with permission from Michelle, as of this morning, 7/25/06:

"Scott arrived at Elks Lake Lodge last night.  He is doing great.  Lots of mosquitos in
Oregon this year.  He said they were worse than Alaska.  Like Andy, Scott has lost 25
pounds this year.  But he claims he has gained some of it back and is feeling strong.
He heard yesterday that there is a fire around Big Lake Youth Camp and worried it
might slow him down.  He expects to be there this evening if everything goes well.

Thanks for the update.  Scott is definitely well past Ashland!
