[pct-l] A6 Water update

Hey all,

We didn't get out for 2 days as planned, but instead did a quick 
out-n-back - Cibbets CG to Morse Meadow and return. Water news;

A6/32.8 - Cibbets campground - still open, water on
A6/37.0 - Long Canyon - Dry
A6/37.8 - Long Canyon - moderate flow
A6/38.9 - Lower Morris Meadow - good flow from pipe into trough. trough 
was full but 80% algae covered. Water easily available from the pipe.

Hope this helps those remaining south bounders.
