[pct-l] el nino winter???

I was looking at some of the NOAA sites and saw that there is a strong 
possibilitiy that this winter will see el nino conditions in the 
equatorial pacific.  The url below predicts lower than normal 
precipitation and higher than normal temperatures in the pacific 
northwest. 

Not very helpful for 07ers, but fun to think about...
