I have been waiting patiently for your after action report on your death defying Mt. Whitney expedition.
Was the solar display as spectacular as you expected  viewed from Mt. Whitney during full moon?
I saw a very impressive solar display myself on Sept. 8 in Lone Pine, after coming down from the Sierra, a very distinct full moon, in broad daylight, gracing and barely above Mt.Whitney.
What a sight, I wish I had a camera with me.
