[pct-l] Section C - CA FIRE CLOSURES

The good news is, based on the map posted on Inciweb, it looks like the arch
bridge over Deep Creek will be saved. The map shows a fire line constructed
in the area of the bridge. The bad news is the fire has reached Deep Creek
to the west of the bridge.
