I have the Vapor Trail and it's a great pack.  It's a pretty popular one among thru-hikers who aren't extreme ultralighters.  The pack doesn't have a lot of frills but it has a comfortable, solid harness, has just enough volume, and is nice and light for what you get.  There are lighter packs but you start giving up some important stuff like hip belts and stuff.
