Wow!  Do you just mean snow on the trail, or snow fields off the trail are
gone as well?  I was hiking on Mt. Lola last weekend (not on the PCT but
very near where it passes White Rock Lake - between I-80 and Jackson
Meadows), and started to pass snow at 8600'.  There were some really big
snowfields at 8800'.
