[pct-l] Yogi's PCT Book in PDF

After I posted this I followed the link.  I tried to see if I could download 
the book (I already own the current version). I got a message that too many 
people were downloading the file. So I still don't know if this is serious 
or an April Fool's joke. I hope it is just a farce.
