[pct-l] Skykomish Snow........

And dry as a bone in So Cal.  Went up to Messenger Flats yesterday:

-  Santa Clara River at Soledad Canyon -- barely a trickle
-  Mattox Canyon -- same story; flowing, but barely

The Messenger Flats campground is closed for construction right now, but the sign says it will be open 5/1.
