Hi JMT  In the Corps they tried to make me take those salt tabs but they 
made me sick so I quit taking them  Old Doc then would hike along side me 
saying your going to drop any second but I never did. can't stand those 
things I rather eat trail mix with alot  of nuts Ground Pounder
