[pct-l] Ride from Echo Lakes to Mammoth 9/2 or 9/3

If time and convenience is more important than money, there is a taxi
service in South Lake Tahoe that will do this trip for a flat rate.
I used them to go from Donner Pass to Echo Lake and was very happy with the
service and price.
