[pct-l] Graffiti on signs since MacKenzie Pass - Sharpie Pen 'PCT ->' has now become graffiti

It's too bad..........some spoiled babies never grow up. Looks like who ever
is doing this would get a charge out of purposely leading new hikers off of
the trail and most likely forcing them to run out of food and water.  If
anyone finds out for sure who is doing this I would be interested in
knowing.
