[pct-l] OT - Top PCT-L posters for 2007

yes, and of those top 5 poster, at least two of them have approximately 
95 percent of their posts off-topic, so those guys should drop to the 
bottom.  (I won't mention names, but, ahem, we all know who those two 
are, eh?)
