[pct-l] Pants...

I love my Ex-Officios w/Buzz-Off.  They meet all of your criteria and are lightweight (12 oz), durable, and dry very rapidly.  They zip off, but I never wore them as shorts.  Too many things that scratch and bite out there for me, but that's a very individual preference.
