I'll second L-Rod's plug for Nido. I found it pretty easily in many of the 
asian food stores around San Diego. It really can't be beat for cold cereal 
or just adding calories to soups and stews. Great stuff. I vac-packed 1/3 of 
a can at a time and had this sent to me every other resupply drop for the 
whole route-- the schedule seemed to work out OK.
