[pct-l] PCT guidebooks/OR-WA updates

All three PCT guidebooks are now back in stock. As a reminder, these are
reprints, not new editions.
 
We'll also post a three-PDF update on our site on Monday. It will consist of
the map update for the Washington state bypass, and two separate files
updating the entire text in PCT: Oregon/Washington. (Warning: each part is
about 50 pages.) A big thanks to author Ben Schifrin who handled the updates
based on his recent field research.
