hi all, just fyi, scott parks helped me reset my pocketmail, so if anyone out there needs to do this, read on below... girlscout > Press and hold the 'Power Key' > While holding it, press aforementioned reset button > A message will appear, "Do you really want to initialize..blah" > Say "Y"
