[pct-l] fuel sources along the trail

Virtually every stop had alcohol fuel in 2006. And it definitely
wasn't a problem in the begining, so you can just get a feel for it
while on the trail. yogi's book is a good resource, but I don't
remember any location that she listed as problematic having a
shortage.
