[pct-l] Bear Canister - Free (almost)

Class of 2007 PCT thrus - Do you need a bear canister, but can't force yourself to spend the $$
because you are on a tight budget?

I have a Garcia "Backpackers' Cache" canister FREE for the asking - only asking you to pay for
shipping (and that might even be negotiable)...

If you are planning a 2007 thru-hike and are interested in a 'free' bear canister - contact me off-list...
I can hold and ship to Hiker Heaven or Kennedy Meadows if you desire (but you must give me an
ETA with sufficient lead time - I'll be shipping it from central PA)...

This is on the 'honor system' - I would like this to go to a 2007 thru-hiker to help their expenses!
If you have an online journal started, it would make me feel better - but it's not necessary...
If you feel that you won't have any use for the canister after your thru-hike, then 'pass it along' next
year to someone in the class of 2008!

Be on the lookout for a little trail magic anywhere from Carter Meadows Summit to Grider Creek
(depends where my son is doing trail work for Klamath NF at that time)...
