[pct-l] Water filters/purification

One of the cool things we say this year is a sports bottle with a filter in the lid.  Just scoop up the water, put on the lid, and drink away.  Lone Wolf (Stephen Taylor, a '77 alumnus, was using this method for his sobo JMT hike this past season).
