Brian  &  Kurt,
You get the same results by sprinkling a dash of Chrystal Light into your
water.
I have been using crystal iodine for 25-30 years never had a problem, have
gotten used to the taste but still carry a film role container of Chrystal
Light to jazz-up the water every now and then.
It comes in just about any flavor and I don't leave home without it.
