[pct-l] Which sleeping bag is best?

My Feathered Friends 30-degree sleeping bag has lost much of it's loft after
about 12 years and 5,000 miles. I guess that means the warranty has
expired, but I got my money's worth out of it! Right now I would look at
another Feathered Friends or a Western Mountaineering bag. What are your
experiences, positive or negative, with those bags and any other bags that
us long distance hikers like to use? I'm sure the materials have improved
greatly since 1995. I will probably use the new bag on section hikes along
the PCT, CDT, AT and other trails especially where I live in Washington
state. I always deal with the possibility of rain.
