[pct-l] Compass ???

I mostly have used the little, often inaccurate ones at the top of my 
trekking poles to get rough bearings.  I carry and also use one that gives 
accurate bearings.  When Muir Pass has lots of snow, I feel more comfortable 
staying found, for example.
